**Return and Refund Policy**

At COMPUTER TELEPHONY DISTRIBUTING, INC., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our networking and telecommunications products.

**Returns:**
- Hardware products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original condition, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Custom-configured equipment, opened software licenses, and digital services are non-returnable.
- All returns must be approved in advance with an RMA number.

**Refunds:**
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking fee of 15% may apply on certain returns.
